About Us

Mission

We are an experiment of love.

Love Is The Primary Thing

At the core of our community is a radical commitment to inclusive welcome — not based on doctrine, but on deep, lived values. We don’t expect everyone to believe the same thing, or even to believe in the same way. What brings us together is a shared conviction that love matters, and that every human being deserves dignity, belonging, and care.

Some of us call that love God. Some call it justice, spirit, or simply the best of what it means to be human. However you name it, we believe in practicing that love — with courage, creativity, and compassion.

This is a space for skeptics and seekers, artists and activists, theists and non-theists, and everyone in between. You are welcome here. You are needed here.

Our Values

Inspired by the radical example set by Christ, we value:

Inclusivity

We believe truth and beauty show up in many forms, traditions, and identities. We honor each person’s full humanity, and welcome the diversity of paths, pronouns, cultures, and questions that make up our community.

Spirit-Invoking

We leave room for mystery. Through music, art, storytelling, and silence, we make space for Spirit — however you understand it — to stir us, move us, and grow us.

Authenticity

We are not interested in pretending. Here, you are invited to bring your whole self — your story, your doubts, your creativity, your struggle. This is a space for real connection, not performance.

Justice

We believe love must be public. Our faith calls us to action: to stand with the marginalized, to disrupt what harms, and to co-create a world where everyone can thrive.

Hospitality

We gather around shared tables, shared meals, and shared purpose. Whether it’s communion or cookout, we believe food, laughter, and presence can be sacred.

Summary..

No matter your background, belief system, or where you are on your journey — there’s a place for you in this unfolding experiment of love.

Our Vision

Public Love, Out Loud

We are an experiment of love — not just in belief, but in bold public practice. Our vision is rooted in the kind of public witness that shows up with paintbrushes, songbooks, shared meals, and sidewalk presence. Whether through pop-up choirs or eye-catching murals, we seek to make love visible in the public square.

In a world where queer, trans, immigrant, and other marginalized lives are too often erased or politicized, we believe in re-humanizing — putting faces, stories, and beauty back into the frame. We reject the narrative of “us vs. them” and instead affirm the sacred worth of every person, just as they are.

Inspired by the radical example of Jesus and the ongoing movement of Spirit, we show up not to convert but to connect, to co-create, and to challenge what dehumanizes. We are students of sacred tradition and makers of new ones. We sing. We paint. We gather. We disrupt. We tell a better story — one where everyone is seen, and everyone belongs.

This is our public theology: love embodied, creativity unleashed, and justice made visible.
