Design Proof Submission

Community Pride Mural Initiative

Use this form to submit your mural design proofs for review by Lead Artist Shauna Yorty and your Church Liaison. Please ensure your design follows the provided statewide template guidelines before submitting.

Submission Guidelines

  • Rough Drafts (Due May 1): Submit 2–3 rough draft sketches showing your interpretation of the theme, incorporating local context within the statewide template
  • Final Design (Due May 15): Submit your final design for approval before painting begins
  • Files should be submitted as JPG, PNG, or PDF format
  • Include a version number and any notes for the reviewers

Review Process

Once submitted, your design will be reviewed by Lead Artist Shauna Yorty and your assigned Church Liaison. You will receive feedback within 3–5 business days. If revisions are needed, you will be notified directly by email.
